Y’all… Ashley was, by far, the greatest asset I have ever had in the home-buying process. She has unique strengths that helped me from the first call, to closing. As an Armed Forces veteran financing with a VA loan, I knew the process required some specialized talent with understanding the VA approval process, and what VA inspectors look for to protect veterans from home-buying pitfalls. Ashley was that specialist for me. She knows her stuff. Not only that, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that as Ashley and I walked through potential homes, she heard me and really listened as I developed my mental checklist for my ideal home. I went through the process of weeding out houses that didn’t meet my criteria, and Ashley was there, every step of the way. She was patient and kind as house after house wasn’t the right one, but as I fine tuned my ideal, she helped me find the perfect home. She was a Godsend.
